Your check states I have wifi but I don't and have an error code of 3005 with only 2 green light and one orange and one blank

The Service Check does not pick up line drops immeadiatly butvtge hub lights indicate your hub has lost connection to the cabinet. If the service is still down this morning and tge Service Checker is not telling you Sky is aware of a fault affecting your line call them to report it.
