ONT cable power cable missing

Hiya,

I have moved into a new property and found that the ONT power cable is missing. The previous tenants said they didn't take it. I was told that sky will provide it to us. I'm a bit confused and want to make sure that's the case and which one to buy if sky is not going to provide to us.

@Q_L quite why people steal the power supply units for ONTs defeats me. You cannot buy these they have to come from Openreach and the process is to ask Sky to get Openreach to supply one. Irritatingly that often cannot be done until after the servicecis activated but you can mention it when ordering.
