The wifi doesn’t work since this morning, although the LAN connection works and the lights are all green on the hub, I already tried a reset and checked all the plugs/cables

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen resetting the hub did you hold the reset button for a minimum of 20 seconds? Also if you have Q devices you may need to switch these off and on.

Thanks for your reply, I did hold it for more than 20 seconds and turned all my Q products off and no luck

If that doesnt work it sounds like you may need a new router. I can escalate your post here so you can chat with an agent
