No wifi but LAN works

The wifi doesn’t work since this morning, although the LAN connection works and the lights are all green on the hub, I already tried a reset and checked all the plugs/cables

When resetting the hub did you hold the reset button for a minimum of 20 seconds? Also if you have Q devices you may need to switch these off and on.

Thanks for your reply, I did hold it for more than 20 seconds and turned all my Q products off and no luck

The last thing I can suggest is forgetting the network on your device then trying to connect again.

If that doesnt work it sounds like you may need a new router. I can escalate your post here so you can chat with an agent

I did try this as well, thanks for suggesting. Unfortunately nothing worked.
