No internet

No devices , phones connecting to broadband. 

Ran test and says it's all OK.

How do I resolve ?

@JPMcL1 look at the lights on your hub and follow this troubleshooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start as that will help diagnose the issue for you.
