Broadband activated but I have no hub.
Hello is there anyone that could help me out here please? My mobile phone speaker is broken I cannot make any calls to sky to sort my issue.. my issue is my broadband is activated but I have no router/hub I never got sent one is there anything I can do here?

@Lukey1966 Is there any information in track orders in my account about your equipment delivery? Is today your activation date or has this passed?

Hi no there's no order with the hub showing only activation date witch was 3/4 days ago I thought I would wait to see if one does show up but no luck.

Ohh ok sorry it's about my broadband speed and signal both are not very good keeps fluctuating up and down (speed) and signal is none existent
