Broadband not working

As soon as I signed up for 'super fast broadband' or new broadband, whatever it was, it's made my monthly payments cheaper, but not my wifi is not working at all, it's been down all month, engineer is delayed and no update, anyone else had this issue?

@STwithSky if only 0.1% of the 6 million Sky Broadband customers have lost connection that is 6,000 people so the answer to your question is yes but that can be for totally unconnected reasons.

 

Have Sky told you if it is an area wide issue or a fault in your line? Area issues are often complex and can take weeks to sought. Waiting weeks for an engineer is sort a single line is unusual but still possible. 

However youbshould becdue compensation if your sefvicechas been down for more than 2 working days from when you reported the issue with a few caveats see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
