No internet
no internet on the box just cut off when I was watching tv

@LeeLee2 work through this trouble shooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If the hub has lost connection to the exchange and the My Sky app connection test run overca mobile connection doesnt tell you Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line call Sky to report it.
