Rubbish Internet

Our Internet has been shocking! It's absolutely rubbish the last month. I have no sky mini box as is doesn't work 99% of the time. My children can't play xbox or watching Netflix even its ridiculous, I am tempted to cancel with the whole of Sky as the services we get is awful. We pay over £150 a month for no Internet and no sky mini box. This is ridiculous.

@Della93 have you called Sky to see what thry say? If your Q mini has lost connection thry should send out an engineer or post you a booster.
