No internet

I have lost internet at home. Although it's shown as very low signal I am unable to connect tv box plus white router does not have connected light on.   Other devises show very low signal so not working. 

Furthermore two other sky wifi options are coming up that I've never seen with perfect signal. Obviously password protected so I am unable to connect.
