Hi, since the out reach guy came a few days ago. Nothing has worked properly. It's just luck I have enough internet at this Minuit to send you this message. We have no 2g or 3G etc here. We are getting, no tv, no internet no WiFi the whole time. Last night we have nothing at all of anything. It's only working right now but will no doubt go again

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
