@Jbrackley2  Your post has been moved to the broadband forum as it's not a stream puck issue as stream does not come with an installer option.

When did you order broadband from Sky?  You should have been provided an activation date.

Sky does not provide installer attendance to set up Stream.

Sky Stream is not set up by engineers - it is a self-setup service.
Do you have an Openreach engineer coming to sort your broadband?

If Sky is your internet service provider then yes, you need to call them. They will arrange an Openreach engineer visit if necessary.

That correct - OpenReach will only deal with the ISPs they are providing the infrastructure for, so you have to via your ISP and get them to raise an issuse with Openreach as necessary.

Re: No internet

I have an activation date of the 10th of June and an engineer coming on Friday but I'm worried they won't be able to set me up because the LOS is red on the BT openreach box. BT won't help me and I can't find a contact number for SKY

@Jbrackley2  If you're activation date isn't until Monday then there won't be any service to your home until that date at the very earliest.  This may be why the LOS light is red (I'm sure a fellow poster can confirm if this is the case).

That being the case it would be pointless calling Sky.
