Please help. I've set up my new sky broadband this morning. Despite many attempts every time I enter the password that came with the router it keeps telling me that I have entered it incorrectly. I've verified it with family members. It is correct.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Susa55 Have you tried to hold the reset swtich in for 30 seconds and let the router reset. Take this is you trying the Wi-Fi password to get into the router? What colour of router do you have black or white?
