No internet since last night outage! PO21

No internet since last night about 9pm and still off now. Says outage on app and yiu can not call aa they just got a message playing! Very frustrating as i work from home!

It's still worth you calling Sky and reporting your issue so you're eligible for compensation. Just persevere on the phone. 

The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.

@Mandymoo76 if there is an area wide outage then there is little point calling Sky as they wont be able to tell you anything more. Openreach will working to restore the service but even the engineers doing the work will know when your line will be reconnected.
