Internet issues since last night?

I have had issues on and off with connection dropping with the WiFi and not being able to connect for minutes at a time for months. However,  since 9pm last night my WiFi is turning off every 5 minutes to less than a minute. It's every device I own. I have rebooted the hub, returned to factory settings, I have tried changing the channel. The voice light goes orange then the internet light either flashes or stays orange.

I THINK these are the stats?

The network test is mixed. Sometimes it says absolutely no issues and no speed issues, the next breath it's not connecting and says the internet is slow. And on only one occasion it mentioned booking a sky engineer. Which I did. But I don't think it's a physical fault as it's been like this for months but mostly okay in the day time. The issue starts mostly in the evening and night up until today and last night. I've followed so much advice including where to place the WiFi box itself. I'm on ultrafast and can see from the forum that a lot of people have experienced this since yesterday. But I've had this going on for months now and everytime I believe it's resolved it comes back.

I will call when they open but any suggestions? I'm getting no where here and I feel as though it's not my end?

Your stats show a clear fault with the line, when you call they should book an engineer.

Sky don't allow images showing IP or Mac addresses or telephone numbers/SSID's. Feel free to re-submit with that info blocked out.

Re: Internet issues since last night?

It seems to have sorted itself out. I cancelled the engineer if it starts again I'll call them but it's not crash in a few days now 🙂 thanks for your help.
