No internet light on hub

No internet light on hub, try to reset the hub but not work

@JjjennyCyy Can you please run the servuce checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

Run a more updated broadband test by pressing on the broadband button on the service checker.

I try it, the result is there's problem with your Sky broadband, how can I do ? I can't connect the internet

This seems to be an ongoing problem,I've been told by sky they know there's a problem and I can cancel my subscription for broadband and try someone else
