Not able to connect to Internet

Have green light for power orange light for Internet and green light for WiFi and no light for voice

I have the exact same issue. I have followed the steps to remove the micro filter cable from phone socket, waited five seconds and reconnected it. I tried this several times and the orange light is still displayed!
