Request broadband package to broadband yesterday and was informed new hub etc would be sent , package received today and only contained a cable !!!!!

If you already have a Sky Broadband Hub, that's compatible with FTTP and the (ethernet) cable is the grandiosely titled 'conversion kit' to link the Hub to an optical ONT. I did think Sky was now shipping a Max Hub to upgraders as well as new customers, but perhaps that's not happening yet.
