Blocking youtube on broadband shield

Hii have set youtube as a blocked site on broadband shield but am able to access it on my phone and my son is able to access it on a tv. How can I block it properly? Thanks

Unfortunately crude URL blocking is unlikely to limit app access, particularly when the app companies rely on viewing figures for advertising revenue.
