Hi, my landline connection has stopped working. I can't make or receieve calls. Tried 2 different phones, 3 different sockets, unplugging the spliter and just plugging in the phone. I've been through all the Sky Troubleshooting checks. Just keeps saying everything is fine. Nothing works. Message on the phone display says 'check phone line'. The broadband is working perfectly though.
Is it possible to get this escalated please?

Managed to book an engineer. There was an external fault further down the line. It's now been fixed.

Thanks for this. Already tried it, it says everything is fine. Tried it again just in case and still saying the same.

Unfortunately we can't escalate today, but if the service checker doesn't report a known issue tomorrow, do post here again and we'll escalate it to the messaging team (or if it's urgent you could give Sky a call if you have the means)

Ok thanks for your help. I'll try again tomorrow. Fingers crossed it might magically fix itself over night.
