Morning all, and if you're new here welcome to the Sky Community forum, where customers like you are on hand 24/7 (almost) to offer some fantastic advice and help on all things Sky-related!

 

We shared this thread with our internal support teams who were able to identify an issue in the Swansea area, this has been escalated to our engineers for resolution and will be fixed ASAP

The issue has been identified and is been dealt with by the appropriate team

I know others have asked. But, any idea of an update when it will be fixed? Quite a few in my area are struggling working from home with mobile data. It's not great. Thanks in advance.

The service checker has finally updated to say there's an issue but has said it could take a couple of days to fix!! Not great!!

No internet connection and when using the service checker it says there are no issues and my WiFi is excellent. 

Tried resetting the hub but no joy. Nothing on the website to say there are issues in area SS2.

And mine 😂 Sky customer services told me mine was the only one not working and had nothing to do with the blackout ! Thankfully they were wrong 👍🏻

St4 area as been out since that tiny thunderstorm lastnight at 18.30. I have zero smiley face on my hub and on my face
