I need to book an engineer I don't have any where to plug in my router in my new house

I don't have any were to plug my router in in my new house , I can't find how to book the engineer to come My sky broadband has been active for a month but I only moved in on Friday But there is no phone line box to plug the router into

@Shellmcl before you moved in did you book a "Home Move" with Sky? If not you need to do that as soon as possible as it takes st least 2 weeks to move a broadband service can be longer if a new line us required as seems likely in your case.. See https://www.sky.com/moving-home
