If they are unfortunately you will havecto brcpatient as it is impissible to knowxwhen a particular faultvwill becfixed. If Sky are not saying tgey no of a fault call them in the morning to report the issue sonthey can get Openreach toncheck your line in the next few days. Calling tonight wont speed thingscup,even if you coukd get through.
