@Rookie if its Sky superfast(fttc) then there is no need for a ont as this still uses the bt mastersocket but Sky ultrafast/gigafast (fttp) then you need an ont which sky/openreach will install

Find out more@Rookie sounds like the the servicecwill be delivered over a copper phone line like your old service simply plug the hub into the master phone socket and it should pick up the new servicecwhen the engineers connect it. Note you will know when it happens as your old service will go down for up to an hour while the switch is made.

All the cables plugged in. Got a message that broadband is active. Made hub setup, and still have ~6Mb speed.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rookie Are you in the UK as your service shows PPPoA which isn't what Sky use for FTTC in the UK, they use MER.
PPPoA is normally associated with ADSL in the UK. @Chrisee can you confirm?
Can you post the results of this page (if in the Uk) removing any address details

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GD1 & @Rookie yes the line still seems to be running ADSL so the upgrade to VDSL required for Superfast hasn't happened. @Rookie you need to call Sky to find out why. Most common reason is the fibre cabinet has nonspare connections which the dsl checker should tell us - you should get unavailable or waiting list on the end of the VDSL line if that applies.

In Broadband Availability Checker says "For all ADSL and WBC Fibre to the Cabinet (VDSL or G.fast) services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage." So i need whait for a 10 days?

Looks like your superfast 80Mbps is been delivered by full fibre
WBC FTTP Up to 1000 Up to 220 -- Available KCI2 Assure
The kci2 bit indicates other work needs to be completed. Could you post the rest of the notes

Full fibre doesn't have the same settling in period as copper. The ont will be installed on the day of activation. But it would be good to know why the status is kci assured which as above will show in the remaining notes

Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential OH Feed Not Evaluated.
ONT exists with active service. No spare ports are available. A new ONT may be ordered.
The exchange is not in a current fibre priority programme
As a WLR withdrawal exchange, product restrictions apply
SOADSL is not restricted at the exchange
For all ADSL and WBC Fibre to the Cabinet (VDSL or G.fast) services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage.
For all SOADSL services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage.
Actual speeds experienced by end users and quoted by CPs will be lower due to a number of factors within and external to BT's network, Communication Providers' networks and within customer premises.
In order to be eligible for handback, downstream speed should be less than Downstream Handback Threshold values.
If you decide to place an order for a WBC fibre product, an appointment may be required for an engineer to visit the end user's premises to supply the service
ADSL, ADSL2+ and SOADSL availability: If shown at FTTP or SOGEA premises,ADSL, ADSL2+ and SOADSL are not available to order due to WLR Withdrawal stop sell rules. CPs should order FTTP or SOGEA. Copper products are only available by exception.

Overhead feed not evaluated
Not seen that before. May mean openreach civil engineers may have to do a survey
Any ideas @Chrisee @GD1 @Laing1
