My devices and connection

I have done everything the app told me to do for a poor download speed of 14mbps considering I'm supposed to be getting a guaranteed download speed of 61mbps but im not, it says everything is fine on the app with multiple speed checks and run tests there is nothing wrong with it but I'm still not getting any download speer increase at all.
