Since i woke up at 7am this morning i haven't had any Internet I've reset my hub multiple times and dine several broadband tests. It says there's an outsge in my area but when i click on the service status it says there is no issues. This is ridiculous my internet better be fixed soon otherwise I'll be switching providers

See this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it (once it’s fixed).
*Note: you are not reporting the fault to Sky by posting on here*

If its a network outage it will be dealt with by openreach and would be affecting other isp's as well
If you haven't contacted sky to report it ring 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Yes im in the LA13 area I've been told it a paroblem with openreach and multiple providers have been down some are back on now just a shame sky isn't

Yeah it's been down since midnight it is an issue with the Dalton Exchange I believe Talk Talk and some BT are also still down
