Thanks for the reply. It's saying no known issues in the area but there are loads of local households affected. Can't test signal in the house as no internet.

South London had no internet since 12pm this afternoon.Run sky tests and says there no problems but I can get internet working and done power recycle

Just got off the phone to them (1 hour later!) They're sending a new hub. No known issues in the area even though local press are reporting it. Thanks for the advice! ✌️
