Hi,
I'm a new customer
I can't set up on sky app to find out when broadband hub being delivered.
I don't know my account number yet to link ID to account.
We go live in a few days?
I've check emails and no account number just my ID.
Can anyone help.

@Bee21 Hubs are delivered via Royal Mail usually 2-3 days before activation
