Sky Max Router Home Assistant UPnP

Hi I've just a Sky Max Hub delivered last Wednesday.  Everything was working fine.  I was able to add UPnP via Home Assistant monitor the WAN Status, Uptime of the Hub &  External WAN IP address.  However, I got a Max Pod extender which refused to connect.  I spoke to tech support who got me doing several tests and ended up factory resetting the Hub.  Since I have not be able to monitor the items above, 

just get unavailable, (it worked on my old black hub as well)  any idea what could have changed, been though everything i can think of, and the pod still does not work, I found out following an engineer visit to fix the issue I found out the router had not been onboarded, it has now.  However, the monitoring of the WAN still does not work (another engineer visit next week to fix the pod. )  Any help gratefully received.
