WiFi not good enough

Hi, 

I am having troubles with my sky broadband connection, every so often the WiFi just cuts out and doesn't come back on for a couple minutes. For instance when we're streaming Spotify the song then takes 5 minutes to come back on to the device to play.

The connection also doesn't reach every room in the house which is not good at all in my opinion. I'm just not very happy with the service

@DanielB25 What sky router and service do you have, and on the router what do you see if you are looking at the led if/when you catch it?
