Sky Max Hub

Just recieved my sky max hub unplugged old one and plugged in as per instructions , went on the sky app to where it says installing and nothing is happening the wps button wont connect to anything cant find any answers online and impossible to talk to someone at sky

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

thanks for the info >>. only issue ive been sitting around a computer now since 0900 and only had one reply typically when i was on the phone and now ive responded , and still awaitng the basic answers ive looked for a number or some kinda contact form as online is absoulty shocking and the fact that a hub change is turing out to be this difficult ive never had any issue before ? im more then happy for sky to contact myself you have my number on file.
