My Netflix doesn't work on my Sony Bravia TV, it keeps showing this Error nw-4-7. It says that to restart my home network and streaming devices which I did. I also restore the TV to Factory Settings. I have no clue what else to do🙈.
Did anyone manage to deal with this issue before, please? TIA

Yes, it works on our phone's and tablet. The issue is on the TV. It used to work very well before on our old address but we moved house and we also switched to Sky and the Netflix never worked on my TV at this address.

If Prime works, the TV must be connecting to the router ok then...hmm...odd that!

I have the same problem. Just happened a few days ago. Didn't move house but other apps etc working fine on the same tv. Netflix fine on another TV.
