New sky hub had worse range than previous

New sky hub had worse range than previous Door bell weak signal & home office also weak (used to be fine). What options do I have with Sky?

@Dipsb Is the new hub white and is it in the ssme position as the old one? Doorbell cameras are often an issue as wifi signals dont pass through external walls that well. Sky will sell you an add-on called WiFi Max which can supply extender pods see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
