My Sky wifi internet connection has been continuously dropping over the past 3 days

My Sky internet connection has been dropping every half hour or so for the past 3 days. The internet button on the router goes either orange or off altogether. Wifi on mobile phones show as connected without internet. I have reset the router but this has not helped
