Find out more@Cheta1 Do you know what speed you are supposed to get between for your internet connection and have you ran a speed test for Netflix and Amazon Prime if you are using apps or is this another device that is connected to your network like a Firestick?

This is not an external device, it is not fire stick either, all apps in my Hisense smart tv are buffering, even YouTube

I have also found this to be a problem. Buffering, pixelated images and streaming stopping. It only happens on Amazon through the Sky Q box and with over 300Mbps it is not because of a poor internet connection. App refreshing and software updates have been done. This is VERY dissapointing and interrupts our viewing over all of the programs available on Prime. I have seen on previous reports Sky seem to slope their shoulders and claim it is an Amazon issue or it's an internet issue but if they want to promote the 'convenience' of this service then they should work to resolve it. Some of the posts are MONTHS old that describe the same issue. When will Sky resolve this and stop passing the buck and take some responsibility and ownership.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Neb546362782 if your Q box and other devices are otherwise working normally your issue is not with you Sky broadband service. Issues with pixelation can have many causes but number 1 is poor WiFi but if other servicesxwork on your Q boxes that isnt your issue.
Third party apps on Sky's TV boxes are supplied and maintained by their owners although Sky's own teams work with them to resolve issues. I am not aware of a current problem with the Prime app on Sky Q myself but if you post in the Sky Q forum you may get more help.
