Hi, this morning internet was off so paid two months of bills as was in arrears. My cctv came straight back on (runs off wifi), but I couldn't access internet on my phone unless used my mobile data and only mobile data so had to have WiFi off, and also couldn't access internet on my tv it says wireless network disconnected and on phone says connected without internet. I reset the hun, then unplugged it for few mins and then was button, later unplugged it for two hours and still all saying the same on tv and mobile. Took photos for sky and they said that and the online check says all is well and that because it says there's no fault they can't send an engineer. All checks run say everythings fine and all the lights are green, the three lights on fibre white box are on and los one off. I've tried the http://192.168.0.1 but it just stays on the reboot sky hub page and does nothing, it shows my devices that I've tried connecting to the network I'm real time. So I'm stuck with no internet on any devices besides my cctv.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jjessiee power down your Sky hub for at least an hour and hopefully on restart the service should be back.
