Our Sky Broadband was supposed to go active today and our Sky box/modem hasn't been delivered. It isn't listed under Order Tracking either. Has anybody else had the same problem?

Joining Sky (we were previously with EE) - I'm currently functioning by hotspotting from my phone, but it's not ideal...

I haven't received mine either, im left with no internet as my other provider has now ended the services. I have been waiting 3 weeks
