Chrome on my mobile.
Called SKY this evening, automated service. It did a test on the line, fault found, so then it did a more indept 3 minute test and automation told me an engineer needs to attend but I have to call tomorrow between 8am and 9pm to arrange. Grrrrrrrr. 3 days now of no internet, only had the hub since September 😞

Hope you all get it fixes.
I had an openreach engineer out today, I had water in my connection Box outside and it was replaced.
So far no issues this evening
