Logging in to wiser app through Sky Max hub

My broadband is working but I cannot log on to my wiser boiler app.

i am led to to believe it is the channel choice in the settings that may be causing the problems.

can you change the settings for me please?

@1826 Sky cannot change any settings it is something you need to do yourself. What colour is your Sky hub?

What colour hub do you have

 

Your may be to either seperate the wifi into seperate 2.4 and 5 ghz bands for the black hubs or temporarily disable the 5ghz for the white sky max hub
