Leaving and switching
Hi, looking for some advice, I've received the email regarding the price increase on broadband, and aware I can leave penalty free within a certain time frame.
Can I process the switch with the new supplier without contacting Sky, or do I need to speak with them first, as I'm still in contract. Just trying to avoid the phone calls. Thanks

Re: Leaving and switching
I'm in the same postion and have had a nightmare. I signed up with another provider and then contacted Sky to let them know (as per the letter). In the meantime they decided to send me charges for £140. I have disputed this on the phone and in multiple emails where I quote them the letter and contract. I've now asked for a deadlock letter and in the meantime cancelled my Direct debit. Maddening, So I advise to call/email them first to let them know.
