Internet not working

@Mike3246777 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

i have the same issue and the service checker says everything is working - It's not

My internet is dropping in and out for last couple of day, worse today , checker says it's fine and all 4 lights on sky Q are green. I work from home and it keeps dropping my online calls

Similar problems here. Average download speed has been slowly creeping down all year from around 45 Mbps to around 31 Mbps average.  Today has been as low as 13.7 Mbps and upload speeds have completely tanked:  0.00 Mbps at 09:28, 0.08 Mbps at 09:30, 0.21 Mbps at 11:33 and currently 0.47.

I've been unable to use MS Teams all day and my wife had to cancel her online classes and refund all of her clients.
