Internet not working

My internet connection is down and has been for the past hour. I have checked all the connections and there is nothing obstructing the router. I need help

Yes I did it's ok sky are sending out an engineer as the fault is in the master socket. Thank you anyway.

My internet isn't working. App suggests there are no issues in the area and my broadband should be working

I had this yesterday switched everything off for 30 seconds seems to be ok now.
