Internet keeps dropping or freezing, all home tests and resets completed, problem persists. Amber/green internet light keeps happening

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Shandor sounds like a line fault. Run the connection test in the My Sky app when the hub is connected as that can book an engineer if it finds a fault otherwisecgive Sky a call.
