My connection just dropped and my PON light is red. Online sky checks are saying everything is fine which is clearly wrong. Has sky had another region outage? If not can someone check this for me, thanks

Annoying but unfortunately part of life like overnight road works. If that was the cause systems should be back this morning.

Same for me. I’ve done multiple WiFi tests, and each time, Sky claims there's no issue, but I still don't have any internet.

this is 3rd time in a matter of weeks !
yet the only compensation they give is 2gb data on your sky mobile sim piggy bank.
an absolute joke !

Same issue here in Eastbourne, SKY sort this out happens all the time yet ur website says "No Issues"!?
