Still no improvement

Hi 

I have registered a complaint back in November about how slow the broadband is. Someone from open reach was supposed to come out and go up one of the poles outside the house. 

If they have been there is no improvement at all.

You aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. If you haven't had an update you'll need to call Sky to see if Openreach have updated them.
