Internet extremely slow

Since yesterday evening, my internet has been very slow, it can take over a minute to load a web page, and it's impossible to stream any videos. I've checked all my connections, rebooted the router, ensured I've got no active downloads, and it still persists. The Sky service checker says everything is fine, but it's clearly not.
