Problem with sky TV and broadband

I feel like someone has connected any extra sky box to our broadband and it's interfering with our service

@Mouse3  No one can connect anything to your broadband unless they have connected 1 of 2 ways.

 

Direct Etnernet cable

 

Or they have your wifi login details.

 

If no one has your wifi login then what makes you think there is another box connected?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
