Internet dropping off

Our hub keeps dropping off and internet lost. This has been happening for over a week. I reported Thursday and told openreach would be checking our connection but I've not heard anything. This is interrupting my job and TV viewing.

Have you tried to run the broadband test on your connection when it drops out?
