Wifi speed

My wifi speed is extremely poor. I've had a constant issue for weeks now. My devices are constantly lagging and buffering. The advertised speed is 900 and when doing fast.com is at 130

@Tom19801  If you are measuring your speed via Wi-Fi you are never going to get 900 mb/s on a Wi-Fi enabled device.

 

Where in the property is the router?
