Internet dreadfully slow

Internet speed has been dreadfully slow for weeks now - <2mbps.

Had a visit from a Sky engineer and an Openreach engineer - No improvement.

Sky said they'd send a new router a week ago - Still waiting.

If this isn't resolved to my satisfaction - > 15mbps, I'll be ditching my entire Sky package.

I expect better customer care for my £160 per month

WiFi Enabled

WiFi Network Visible Yes

Current WiFi Channel 6 (2.4 GHz), 36 (5 GHz)

WiFi Encryption WPA2-PSK

For starters you do not pay £160 a month for broadband. That would likely be your entire Sky package but the broadband part of it would only be around £25-50pm 

 

Secondly they are not even close to your router stats, you need to follow the instructions to the end.

I am not sure what other response you expect.

Your original post threatened to ditch Sky (This is mostly a customer to customer based forum so threatening to cancel doesn't achieve anything).

Your post is on the broadband board but you quoted a price you are paying for TV collectively.

Finally you did not post your router stats, I told you that you need to follow the instructions posted earlier to the end.
